My family and I would love to vacation in Culebra this summer (probably June). We spent 5 days there last August and loved it. While we were there we heard that it could be very crowded in Culebra and also catching the ferry could be a problem due to crowds. We prefer the ferry instead of flying. Does anyone have any information on when to visit in order to miss the big crowds? I believe I remember someone mentioning that there are a lot of long holiday weekends in the summer and it is best to avoid those. Any info would be appreciated.

Hi: Its better to come to Culebra on June instead of July. We have new apts.(studio=2 persons)1 brd.(4 persons)two brd.(6 persons). They all have A/C, Direct TV, fully equipped kitchen, balcony with hammock, chairs and table, terrace with BBQ, private parking, quiet place with spectacular view of Ensenada Honda Bay and two third of the island with constant tropical cool breeze. hi!
how far are your studios from the beach? we will have a 1 yr old baby with us: are the rooms accesible by car to carry water etc? are mosquitos a real problem as they say?..
please inform me abour availability and rates for June 12th Saturday to Tuesday 15th.

The best time to visit culebra without the rush of many visitors is in December-January period. The beaches are great all year long and the weather is also good at this time of the year.
You'll find that you have the island for yourself.
