Your dog can travel on the ferry but he has to be in his carrier. You cannot let him out in the terminal or the ferry even if he is leashed. We traveled recently with our dog and it was fine. The ferry is a little loud but if he has traveled before it should be no big deal. On Culebra there are no pets allowed on Flamenco beach. This rule is enforced. The other beaches should be okay but I would advise to keep him in sight at all times. I have seen strays in packs that may be threatening to a pampered pet. Remember too to bring fresh water for him and watch the temperature if he is in the vehicle. Have a great time.
