Cayo Norte?

After looking at the Culebra map, I noticed an island called Cayo Norte. I don't see this island mentioned in this forum. Does anyone have info on Cayo Norte?

That's correct, Richard. It was sold last year, under some shady circumstances, allegedly to a resort developer...:-(

The beaches are still publis though; just a question of getting there!
