We booked a three night stay at Kokomo in the top floor apartment. Elderly travelers should be aware that the steps are extremely steep. We found many deficiencies and broken things, and left after one night. We found alternate accomodations on the beach for only a slight amount more. Also, remember to read the policy on cancellations. If you cancel on short notice you pay for the room anyway (found this out after I returned home) Buyer beware.
