Good afternoon,
They make several runs per day starting pretty early. TThere isn't any schedule, they just go back & forth between the town area & Flamenco as the busses get full.
The last taxi/bus runs tend to be around 4pm as the last ferry of the day leaves at 5pm, & thus they are busy running people towards town.
You can make arrangements to come back from Flamenco later by talking with the taxi/bus drivers in advance.
