I just got back from a vacation on Culebra and just wanted to share that Tamarindo Estates is a great place to stay. The view from our balcony was stunning. It took my breath away. My boyfriend and I just sat on the balcony day and night and felt very lucky. We grilled and ate dinner with the stars and the moon as our light and the ocean as our soundtrack (yes you could hear the ocean). The cottage and grounds were well maintained. We had a few roosters and chickens in our yard, which I loved, but they never bothered us or crowed too early, so that was good. Karen and John the managers, greeted us with such warmth and friendliness, it was really great. Karen recommended restaurants and beaches for snorkeling and all of them were spot on...it felt like we had our very own tour guide. She always greeted us with a smile and fun story. I highly recommend this place, I would definitely stay here again.
