No lockers. Everyone leaves stuff in their tent or takes it with them.
There are VERY few thefts or incidents at Flamenco. Far less than most areas of the world. But it does happen.
Don't bother, by the way, to try to get camping reservations. Not only is it nearly impossible to reach someone, but reservations are meaningless. There are no numbered sites per se, so there is no way for them to hold a "site" for you. It's first come, first served.
You're arriving a couple days before Thanksgiving Day, which helps. But there will be a lot of locals from the main island who are taking that week off just like you are. But more of them are assigned to sections A through C. E is where they try to put the folks from the states. Be sure to ask for E. Trust me on that.
And even though it MAY be kind of crowded, it's still one of the most beautiful places on earth.
For snorkeling, definitely hike over to the Carlos Rosario & Tamarindo areas. (Search the forum for more info.)
