I know this seems like it should be my last concern on such a beautiful island, but since my contract is expiring and I do plan on returning regularly I thought I'd ask. I have tmobile but I'm generally disappointed with my signal.
What seems to be the best on Culebra?

They all have pockets where they do not work. In some areas it depends on the signal strength of your phone. E.g. on Zoni I picked up the signal from St. Thomas and was able to talk. Motorola now makes a '3rd world' unlocked phone that has pretty good signal strength and amazing battery life. You can buy it for around $35 on the www.

Put your sim card in there and see how far t-mobile gets you, while you are on the monthly.
