Hello! My husband & I are planning a trip to Culebra in January. We are very interested in the lovely Hilltop Guest House but can not seem to get a hold of the owners. We've e-mailed and left messages at both of the numbers their web site provides with no response. Can anybody help us? Do you know if they are on vacation or a better way to reach them?
They are not on vacation, but phone service has been spotty this weekend because of the heavy rain. Keep trying. . . As with everything related to Puerto Rico, patience is a virtue. :)
