We plan to travel to Culebra in January. Have looked into renting a house versus staying in a guesthouse this time. Has anyone stayed at Casa Chalet, or knows of it? If so, I would appreciate feedback as to cleanliness and safety. It is located in a neighborhood "behind the new school" in walking distance to town. I did not explore that area when I was on Culebra previously.
