I have had the same experience as Howard.

Has ANYONE reached them on the phone? It sure seems like they are out of business. Their answer on their machine is a generic one and I am never sure I reached the right place.

PLEASE ANSWER YOUR PHONE!

I have some additional questions before booking and since I am coming for Valentine's I sure would like to be certain, that I have a vehicle!

I had the displeasure of renting one of those scooters, very bad service!

The person who rented them seemed to not care about the customers and our safety! I strongly suggest to take care of your customers as you do with the scooters because it left a very bad taste in our mouth

I'm very impressed of how people can talk about those people like that. I was on Culebra on January, and it was so fun to ride on a scooter. They not only show us what places to go, they heklp us in finding a place to stay, they give us a ride of all the places to see which place we will like. Actually when we get back home we send them a thank you note, because they were some great to us. hey spend time with their customers, in order to them enjoy all the adventures of Culebra.
