To Mr. Fisher, "Webmaster":

This is a public request to please immediately remove any mention of Casa Waterhouse from your site.

As you know I have been repeatly asking you to do this, but you have refused to do so. It is beyond my comprehension why you feel the right to invade my privacy and rights.

Further legal action will be taken if you do not remove me immediately.

Laurie,
this is a guide for visitors.
You do operate several businesses in Culebra, which I have listed. I have honored your request and taken out personal information about you, that you could have told me about a long time ago, but chose not to. For me to take out a business it has to go out of business, that is the nature of my business - a complete guide! I know other guides to Culebra follow this practice of personal preferences but I think it reflects poorly on Culebra.

If you lived in Culebra, I would be telling you all this to your face and you wouldn't be able to hide behind you internet cloak in New York City.

Casa Waterhouse is no longer rented to the public. This is what I am trying to let you and your visitors know -- you have misinformation, old information, wrong phone #'s -- the list goes on.

You also have no legal right to the images you stole for this site off at least one other site I know of.

You have no right to list a business that does not wish to be listed just to make your web site look full. It's an invasion of privacy. It's also self-serving only to you -- because by posting outdated information, you are misleading your visitors.

As you know at least 4 other businesses have asked you to remove them from your site. And the only reason you are not removing them is your site is going to look empty.

Besides, if you don't have alot of businesses listed, you won't be able to gather and sell as many e-mail addresses.

RESPECT PEOPLE'S PRIVACY Michael.

Michael -- I operate one business on this island -- not several. I have passed the Casa Waterhouse issue over to my parents who own the house for them to pursue legally.

The other businesses that have asked you to remove them from your site are all operated by others.

Get your facts straight and stop posting mis-information on your site!

First of all Fischer why did you erase the thread I posted? Afraid everyone is gonna see it? I suggest you get the hell out of this site, even though its not mine but, please do so because Lee will take legal actions and he should do that so you can get in trouble for selling e-mail addresses and invading people's privacy. YOU HAVE ERASED ALL THREADS I POSTED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE YOU KNOW ITS TRUE WHAT I AM SAYING. You took out the rule of the internet I posted that in 1995 Bill Clinton signed of invading people's privacy policy which can result in 1 year in prison you f00l. Please report this doofus~! unfortunately Mr. Fisher is the owner of this site. And he's erased threads of mine as well -- as well as attempting to block me. Don't take it personally -- he has been caught doing illegal things as well as unethical, and his time will come.

He's a desperate man now-- many businesses on Culebra want off of his site, but he's refusing to take us off (because then he'd be left with only a handful -- mostly new businesses that need any exposure they can get).

He has misinformation on his site -- for example, my parent's guesthouse, Casa Waterhouse is no longer rentable.

It's a shame, because the innocent stateside visitor to this site doesn't realize the misinformation they are receiving.

There are at least two other sites out there -- that have been around for years and have much more accurate information than this one!

So, Mr. Fisher, since you have clearly stated in the above post that only when a business closes do you take it off the site, and I have cleared stated that Casa Waterhouse is no longer in business, why is it still listed on your site??? Do you really want your visitors to have misinformation? Or is your website going to be based on outdated and bad information?

Which is your policy of today Mr. Fisher? More lies and outdated information for your visitors or are you going to live up to your word???

Prove that you really have a website that wants to have the most accurate information!
