Bicycle Rentals

We are planning on arriving on Culebra ~20. December and after seeing the costs of the scooters, are thinking of renting bikes for the week. It sounds like we should make a reservation for this? Can we do this? Who do you recommend? Do the bikes get stolen or do they come with locks? Should we bring our own locks? Do they come with baskets?

Culebra bike rentals, next to Dinghy Dock, or Dick and Cathy's Jeep rentals (they also rent bikes)
