I want to make my own Sushi while i stay at Culebra but where can i find fresh fish to buy?

Im basically carying all except the fish..

You need to wait at the pescaderia to get the catch of the day before it gets frozen!

Or you catch it :)

Or talk to the fishermen before they go out to see you upon their return!

For fresh fish part II...

There is a guy named Adam who lives right beside the Post Office...he's a fireman and can be found at the fire station as well. He sells fresh fish sometimes, and lobster. Sometimes if you get to Dinghy Dock or Mamacita's at the right time, the fishermen selling to them will sell you a fish as well.
If you can talk the fish farm folks into selling you a cobia (they are at the marina dock near the Gulf gas station - the only *other* gas station beside the one on the ferry dock), cobia makes awesome sushi or sashimi. Good luck! I'm all for anyone making sushi!

Michael, you didn't pay close enough attention to the first part of the post...key word *If* ;)
But you are right for the most part; it's really not for individual buyers. Better to talk to Adam or the fish place or find a local fisherman...I just happen to LOVE cobia sashimi and sushi.

oh, that little 'if' :) - forgive my oversight! Personally, I am very partial to Sierra sashimi! yummmm
