I'm coming back for the third time to Culebra this week. This time I'm traveling alone, without my kids, and would love to find a nice room in a guest house on the creek preferably with a small kitchen. Three years ago visited one near DinghyDock that looked really nice. Looking to spend 50-75$ per night. Which is better, Villa Boheme or Fulladoza? Also,can you kyack to swimming beaches from the creek. Any places with grills outside to cook some fresh fish?

Michael--I am a writer who visited Culebra last April. I am writing a story for the LA Times about the island. The paper wants to know what the permanent population (#) is, and what they do for a living.

You have a very nice Web site. I would like to list it, as I will be paraphrasing some of the information from it about the people. I am a little confused by the Forum conflict you described. What is this person upset about? Also do you know of any other Web sites about Culebra I can refer readers to?

Henry Paraiser's web site is good too. He has several travel books out,
don't know the web address but you could do a search.
