Hi all, yestaerday after more than a year of a community fight to have free access to muellecito the Municipio of Culebra removed some of Victor Gonzalez illegal structures that were blocking these beach access... i,m talking about the mainhole box and the gate that were blocking op access...Gonzalez bird watching tower is still in the middle of the road, however he had two months to take it down or to appeal... if at the end, he doesn,t take it down, there is the posibility that Municipio take it down at Victor Gonzalez expenses... Finally we got some justice... Municipio gave their word they are gonna work for this and all traditiuonal access to Culebra beaches are for public use... we are celebrating...
