Culebra hotel owned by folks who own dive shop

I stayed in Culebra about five years ago, it was a nice hotel owned by an american couple who may have also owned a dive shop. They were certainly helpful picking out spots to snorkel. Does anyone have a guess at which hotel on Culebra this would be?

Culebra Divers' has a casita, but they are not American.

5 years ago, there was another dive shop in town, but at the time it would have been owned by a man who was single at the time, Richard. To my knowledge, Richard never owned a guesthouse.

Maybe you mean Casa Ensenada, which is just near the dive shop that was owned by Richard?
