This monday in Fajardo court the famous case was filed... Victor Gonzalez got there with his big lawyer Fernando Agrait and his scjentist friend Alberto Areces... His lawyer is a huge influence in PR. courts and the scientist was there to lie just in case he had to say that Pan disturbed Gonzalez peace and threathened him... Pan got there with the ACLU lawyers and with community members including ex-major Ramon Feliciano (Don Monchin)... also he was supported by the Municipio and Authority of Conservation and Development of Culebra, Carlos Geigel... Geigel said in the past public hearings that Victor Gonzalez ilegal structures blocking muellecito public beach access has to be removed in 30 days (although he has the right to appeal)...
Pan lawyers wanted to pospone the case to wait for the municipio resolution declaring that Victor ilegal structures have to be removed but the judge didn`t accept it... Then Victor Gonzalez proposed that if Pan say sorry to him he would drop the charges... after two hours of negotiations with his lawyers Pan stood up and said: I feel sorry for everything that have happened and they filed the case... at the end, the judge said to Victor Gonzalez lawyer that she was glad to see him there...
In february 8 Victor Gonzalez and Pan have to go to court again for an alleged violation to the restriction order Gonzalez has to Pan... He says that Pan violated the order when he went to the Observation Point (OP) in a day that Victor Gonzalez wasn`t even in Culebra... Gonzalez also want to privatize the OP road but Carlos Geigel said he can`t block that and he also has to remove the cahin and gate to block access to helipad which is one of the twoo access to Resaca beach...
