hey Michael, i know you do a lot for people visiting, and your info is always appreciated. So i have to ask. one of the guys i work with was asking about hand rolled cigars. I imagine on the main island that's a possibility, but we're not spending any time there. Airport, cab, ferry... Is there a place to find that on Culebra? And if so, do you know of any restrictions on transport.
