Shade on Flamenco Beach

Hello. We're planning a trip to Flamenco Beach during the month of July and are wondering if a 10x10 canopy is allowed to be set up at the beach. I've seen umbrellas in past trips but no canopies. Does anyone know? Thanks.

we've brought a beach tent last few years.
Have never seen a turtle nest on Flamenco, but have seen them on Zoni.

We saw a couple there in early May. One was not well anchored and blew into a neighboring group, so be sure to have a method to prevent that.
