hello everyone
my wife and i would like to rent/lease a house for a year starting october 2015.
we are not looking for vacation rates, but we are looking for someone that doesn't want to worry about the house for that entire year. we are both very responsible, stable jobs and financially secure. we are looking for someone that would let us stay at their house, pay for the mortgage and utilities, fix whatever needs to be fixed, maintain it, clean it, keep it safe.
