Need Hospital & Police Contact Info

Greetings,

I am trying to find a friend who lives on Culebra. His cell phone no longer works and I am very worried about him. I know no one else who lives there. Can some one provide me information on hospitals, police stations, newspapers or any other resources that may help me locate my friend?

To clarify a bit, my friend doesn't have much money and I am pretty sure he didn't have a full time job. I don't know the hospital system and how it works there (please pardon my ignorance), but I am pretty sure he didn't have insurance either. So, where would someone like that be taken for medical assistance?

Are your arrest records public and posted online as they would be in the states?

I know I am not painting a pretty picture of my friend but something has gone wrong otherwise my husband and I would have heard from him.

As Michael says..... a name would help and age wouldn't hurt either!!! Culebra is SMALL and someone probably knows where he is.....
