1) I purchased the tickets from this website for the 9AM ferry. I received the confirmation code. Will there be 2 separate lines for those with reservations and those without?
2) How reliable are the ferries? Do they usually depart on time?
3) How early do we need to show up prior to departure?
4) Will it be possible to take an earlier (cargo) ferry at 4 AM? If so, how can I purchase the tickets if the office doesn't open before then? Since I already purchased my tickets, can I go on the earlier one? If so, how earlier do I need to arrive in order to go on the 4 am ferry?

Hi Sahwn, you go to the reservation desk, as specified in the terms and conditions of that website (you did not buy the tickets here, even thoguh we are affiliated).
These dasy ferries run erratically, but your ticket is good for that departure, not another one, but the ferry might leave late.
