lot for sale

My husband and I just spent two weeks camping at Flamenco. One of our excursions was to go fishing off the old ferry dock down the road from the Dinghy Dock. My husband noticed a vacant lot for sale between those two points. It has a large cement dock wall. The water is about 4 feet at the wall. I would appreciate any info on this property.

Hi, I just wanted to tell you to be careful with this lot .
I don't know the year, but a law was passed in P.R. /Culebra that only businesses can own land on the water front, so if you look around Culebra there is so called "business owners on bay/water front. I am sure there's loop holes like, owning a hotel or restaurant on the bay and the owner "kinda" lives there .
I personally do not like this LAW, but who am I!
