I'm planning a Culebra trip that will likely begin a few days before Emancipation Day. Is this a popular holiday for Puerto Ricans travelling to Culebra, and should I expect difficulty in finding accommodations and car rentals? Thanks!

Did you book your accommodations, tickets? was it tricky? Seems no one has had much of an opinion (including myself)
