Thanks for all of the replies. Yes, I too noticed that their website was back up this morning. In any event, I called on the phone, got an agent pretty quickly, and have now booked flights for April. Just received an e-mail confirmation a little while ago.
Strangely, when I went back to look at the site again just now, it appears to be down again. I know that not all businesses have an internet presence, but when a company advertises itself as having a site, and then the site appears to be dismantled, that is usually more concerning to me than not being able to find a site at all. In any event, that's why getting a local perspective from the ground is so helpful, and one of the amazing benefits of the internet. A sincere thanks to everyone who takes the time to contribute here.
Just to pass on some information of my own that may be useful to others: when I called today to book our mid-April flights, I learned that they have now added an additional return flight from Culebra to Ceiba that departs at 5:00 p.m. (Vieques Air-link also has a 5:30 pm. departure, but the previous Air Flamenco schedule only had one daily flight from Ceiba to Culebra, and no return). Perhaps business is increasing due to all of the recent stores about problems with the ferries?
