Our flight arrives at SJU at 3am. Can we get a taxi to the ferry for Culebra at that hour and if we do, is it safe to wait for the ticket office to open? We have our kids with us- is there a place to eat and get coffee near the ticket office- any suggetsions would be appreciated. Thanks!
