Any problems with vieques air out of Isla Grande for a ride to Culebra?

I recently flew VAL from Grande to Culebra with no problems and did not pay the "charter" price. And the return was fine also.

I flew on VAL roundtrip from Isla Grande without a problem. I got there 10mins before my flight because of some miscommunication with the taxi driver and everything still went smoothly.

I booked on VAL's web site w/o any problem for March 1st RT. No Problema. Fly out of Isla Grande, only a $20 taxi ride w/ tip from SJU.

I would not recommend VAL. Booked with them last year and they would not fly due to the weather (clouds). Would not refund our tickets but said they were good for one year. VAL is very difficult to reach via phone. When we finally reached them in December for a February flight we were told they weren't booking for that time period yet - call in January. When we finally got a hold of them in January we were told there were no available flights and they still won't refund our tickets. $210 down the drain. Be warned!
