Charter Flight instead of Ferry

I hear the ferry is currently a disaster. I'm(2 people) arriving San Juan Jan 14 at 12 noon and returning stateside from Culebra on Jan 21 from San Juan at 1:10PM.
Anyone want to share a charter flight directly from the international airport. it seats 9 and we can charter the plane for $850.

VAL is flying regular flights now for $120pp r.t. from the small airport to Culebra. They had a 2:30pm flight from Grande to Culebra so you could make that going over. Not sure what time their morning flight back is.
