Cheapest motorized mode of tranportation

Hi all we will be spending a weekend on Culebra in mid/late Sept. Can anyone offer some advise on where to find the CHEAPEST transportation vendor as well as just what IS the cheapest mode these days lol

THX Mort .. I guess I should have been a tad more specific lol .. Pulicos seem to work better for day trips I was looking for suggestions as to motorized rentals I.E >> scooters ? golf carts ?? jeep ?? ETC ..

Suggestions anyone ??

Check the transportation section of this site and make a few calls to find current prices. Jeeps tend to range from $50-75 per day, more or less. Golf cart-style is a bit less. Scooters a little bit less than that. My info might be old, though. I'm sure that prices haven't gone down.

But if you're only there for a weekend, there's little need to rent a car. Flamenco and the beaches withing walking distance of Flamenco will keep you occupied and happy for two days easily. Can't get much cheaper than a publico.

Have a great time! At that time of year, you might be able to negotiate a lower rental price. Mid/late September is a great time to go to Culebra.
