Hi all,
I've just returned from Culebra, and am making my way through the posts. I've noticed a couple that indicate they are not getting responses from the owners of the Hilltop Guest House. This is because there was a death in the family, and they left the island quite unexpectedly a week or so ago. They also have had trouble getting their internet connection to work, as they are in another country. They will be back on Culebra at the end of April, so be patient if you can.
Also, you can contact Vacation Planners about this property; you do not need to contact the owners directly to get information or make reservations.
