About 15 of us (including children) plan to visit Culebra on Monday 03/17. What do you think our chances of getting a ferry there and back are, especially after the regatta this weekend?
Where are you departing from? I spoke with Dick who I am renting a jeep from in May and we are leaving Vieques to Culebra and he said we should fly. If you are departing from Fajardo you should be ok but I can't promise.
