Did you mean that it's possible to see turtles in day time? I read (just like Richard is saying) that they come out to lay eggs at night. If this is the case, what can be seen during the day?
Also, is Excetera just a place where those people who can take us to see turtles meet? Or are they (Excetera) organizing it? I found their phone number, and I am wondering whether I should call them... (We’ll have just a day on the island, and I prefer to avoid wasting time.)
Also, should we look for people with boats, or is it a car trip? It looks like Flamenco beach is closer than the ferry dock to the two beaches where turtles nest. Is there any reason why we should look for people near the dock rather than at the beach?
BTW, I have just called (877)-77-CORAL (Coralations?) and they said that they will have the turtle program this year, but it starts only in April, and we'll be in Puerto Rico during the last week of March.
