My fiance and I are coming to Culebra during Holy Week and I have been trying to call both numbers to make a reservation at the Campground at Flamenco Beach, no one answers. Do I need to worry about making a reservation? If so, any suggestions on when or how to catch someone at the office there? Thanks for any insight and I can't wait to get there.
