I can't believe I am asking this on the blog but here it goes........my bf and I are tying the knot in Culebra this coming Sat...we are traveling there alone, as in eloping : ) I do have a few friends on the island but unfortunately the time is not right for them. Anyone here who would commit to being our witnesses? We need two...over 21 (were in our late 40's) with valid photo ID. It will only take about an hr of your time. Dinner and drinks on us .....or a reasonable amount of cash if that suits you better. Respond to my email address by Tuesday evening if your will to help us out.

BTW- howz the weather been it says showers for all next week if I remember right showers are no big deal on the island those days are still good beach days..no?

My girlfriend and I will be there Fri-Mon. I see you already have a volunteer above but I think it'd be cool to witness such a thing if you don't mind a couple looky-loos.

Susan and Eli - Sure I could use a photographer anyway : ) We will be at Zoni beach ...the brief ceremony will take place between between 11AM and noon (depending on when the judge lands and we drive her out there)

We're having trouble finding a place to stay on Culebra this weekend so it looks like we're going to have to head to Vieques instead (unless of course either of you know of a vacancy on Culebra!)

We did it ! Judge was earlier then we expected so we got married at 10AM. What a great trip...we're back in VT now. Eli hope your trip to Vieques went well!
