2nd time to PR 1st to Culebra

Hello,

I get to San Juan at 2am (Jet Blue) on Feb 29. What is the earliest publico/ferry combination that I could get to Culebra?

If you can get a cab at that time (see Transport), you can catch the 4:30 am cargo ferry, and you'll be in Culebra by 6 am or so.
