Sailing in Culebra

My 25 yo daughter would like to sail (no party boats and no catamarans) while we are on Culebra. Does anyone charter their boat for daily sailing. She would like to kick back and sail around the island, with stops for snorkeling in Culebrita and Luis Pena'. Is there anyone who does this?TIA

If you find any information about small sailboat rentals on Culebra, I'd love to know. My wife and I will be there February 6-13 and would love to sail to snorkel spots.

My daughter is looking for a manned charter. She does not sail herself, but would like someone to sail her around the island. Hope this is possible. We were scheduled to go with Erin Go Braugh out of Fajardo in 2006, but the seas prevented the trip and they had no openings for the remainder of our 2 week stay. She was really bummed out!!
