Resort under construction?

Does anyone have any info on the large resort that is being built in Ensendad Honda, I was there 2 weeks ago and noticed it? It looks nice, I am wondering when it will be open.

These are condo type housing. YOu buy the condo and you agree to use if for a very short part of the season then rent it out. This resort has caused lots of problems on Culebra. Culebra is a small island and this large resort will use most of the water resources of the locals. It is not environmentally sound and did not recieve proper clearance for many of the aspects of the resort. I wouldn't solicitate this resort at all. It is owned and built by some wealthy cuban who is out for his own profit.
