Several times I have had interesting conversations with people visiting Culebra from Tortola. Now I find myself wanting to visit both islands on a single trip this winter. What options do I have, other than flying back to SJU from Tortola and then flying to Culebra? I know it's possible to charter, but I don't think there will be enough of us to make that economical. Are there any on-demand flights?

maybe you can hop over to vieques. i think air sunshine flies there AND st. thomas, where you could get a ferry, i believe ..

catching a ride with a yachtie or chartering a boat (which has to be brought back :()
