Ok so we've finally decided what dates we're going to be in culebra Dec. 6-8, and now i need help finding a place to stay while i'm there. It's a total of 4 people and we're splitting the fees for the place we stay at. I've been looking at staying on flamenco beach itself at the villas, but i'm really looking for recommendations and for places that will allow 4 people. Any help would be nice, i have been looking very hard and found a few places but i would like to get some feedback from people that have stay at a few of the places, i've heard to stay clear of club seabourne too.

I just came back from Culebra. I will recommend Villa Boheme, which I did not stay, but passed many times to go back to my hotel. The location was great since it is close to restaurants, grocery store and bakery. You may not need a car if you plan to take publico to the beach ($2.00 per person to Flamenco beach) The following is the website of the hotel. http://www.villaboheme.com/rates.php

Bahia Marina has nice rooms. You can get a one bedroom two bathroom apartment. The living room has a pullout futon for two extra people so it should be fine for four people. The units also come with a kitchenette so you don't have to eat all your meals out.

I've stayed there several times and have enjoyed the nice view. They have a swimming pool, also.

I would recommend Villa Flamenco Beach if you want to be RIGHT ON THE BEACH. There is an efficiency apartment for four. Two in bedroom. Two in trundle bed in another room. IGR7f you want to be on the beach, this is the place.

Why would anyone say stay clear of Club Seaborne??? It's really nice, homey, as one of the best restaurants I've dined in while at the island; not at the beach, but facility is awesome. Rooms are nicer than in the other places mentioned here even though Bahia Marina DOES have a great view!

You should not rule out Casa Ensenada which is run by Jackie & Butch Pendergast. They have a room that will fit 4 people comfortably with one bedroom having a king sized bed. You can call 866 210-0709 or 787 742-3559 for availability and information. They are located within walking distance to town and the airport which makes for a very short taxi ride to Flamenco Beach. You can also e-mail at censenada@aol.com. If you click on the Shelter portion of this website you will get information and a virtual tour of the facility.

i whole heartedly 2nd CASA ENSENADA !! could possibly be the best value in CULEBRA as you will most definitely get more than you pay for !!!
