I remember reading on a posting that there is a fabulous restaurant on Culebra that is only open a few days at the end of the week - Monday.
I remember that it is open on Monday evenings and they require a reservation. They said it was a little more expensive, but so worth it. Does anyone know which restaurant this is? I have pages worth of notes that I can dig through, but want to give the name to someone else and am afraid that I will forget to look for it. I am still suffering from 'Bridal Brain meltdown'!!! I am hoping the islands have a cure for this!! lol - Cissy
