Bioluminescent Bay??

Does anyone here know how it would be possible to see the Bioluminescent Bay even though we are staying on Culebra? I think one of the boat rental websites said they do charters to see the bio bay off of Vieques. Has anyone done this? I wonder how much it is...any info appreciated.

I've been swamped here at the office this week. Unbelievable! Have y'all been able to get your flight arrangements yet? We've been too busy.
Are the two of you considering the possibility of spending the night on Vieques, and taking a tour of the BioBay? In case I don't get back on, you guys have a wonderful 4th of July weekend.

you can fly one island to the other, but you'd have to spend the nite in VIEQUES, and return to CULEBRA the next day if you spend the nite in VIEQUES try staying @ CASA ALTA VISTA .
