we will be spending 3 nights in culebra this Sept. we are ranting a car at the airport. we will be spending one nite at the fajardo inn, then we are to take the passenger ferry over to culebra, we will leave our car parked in the secure parking lot across from the ferry-port for $5.00 a day! this was cheaper over all considering the one way and drop off fees, please note that if you take your rental on the cargo ferry over to culebra or vieques you will no longer be insured. plus i hear it is hard to get a res for cargo ferry! and that it is expensive.hope this helps.
