Camping in May

Hello. I live in PR and my wife and some friends are planning to go camping @ Flamenco on May 27-May 28. We plan to take the Ferry from Fajardo. My question is, is there public tranportation where the ferry docks that can take us (4 persons) to Flamenco beach? How much do they charge?

When the ferry arrives in Culebra, there are many taxis lined up to take people to Flamenco Beach. I think it's 3 bucks per person for the one-way trip.

The cost of the publicos to Flamenco Beach is $2.00 per person (could be $3.00 due to gas prices now).
