hello,

this places seems to be very reasonably priced. is it clean, well-kept? are there significant disadvantages to staying there?

It was renowed recently, it is located just in front of the ferry dock.
Always it is wise to check a few alternatives.

Check out Villa Fulladoza or Boheme instead. The location of Kokomo is in the center of town

Their website with availability calendar is back up and they accept online reservations - which is pretty advanced for Culebra!
