culebra/vieques ferry

We are visiting in November, during the middle of the week. But we plan on taking the 4:30 workers' ferry from Culebra to Vieques on Friday afternoon. Are we going to have a problem? Also, if you had to choose from spending time on Luis Pena or Culebrita, which would you choose?
