Can someone tell me about weather in Culebra? When the forecast is for "showers," as it seems to be a great deal, does that mean a day of uniform, rain--or is it more like my mainland PR experience, i.e. intermittent rain with sunshine in between. Thanks for some honest feedback!

I have never believed in weather forecasts, even more in the tropics.
Weather is unpredictable, I could trust on 6 to 12 hours, but anything beyond this is a 50/50.
Dry season is supposed to begin after January, ending in May, but ....
If you are to believe on what any person's response to you question might be, and make plans according to it, in my opinion is not smart.
