Travel from San Juan to Culebra

Fellow peeps,

Does anyone know of any ferries or flights leaving from Culebra to San Juan in the late morning on Friday? The 7:15am flight on Vieques Air and 7:00am ferry trip to Fajardo are too early for our liking.

We have a 1 pm flight to catch out of SJU and don't want to waste half a day at the airport.

Also, how long of a drive is it from Fajardo to SJU? Are taxis easy to find at the Fajardo port?

Dirving from Fajardo to SJU, is about one hour with normal traffic, and anything is easy to find as long as you have money to pay.
