We are hoping to spend two weeks on the island starting early next week, and were hoping someone could give us some suggestions of places to stay.
We don't have a big budget (maximum of US$40/day) and are happy with basic facilities, but want somewhere clean and secure, ideally on or close to a nice beach. We could also camp as we have a tent. Since we will be working on a notebook computer some of the time we also need a power outlet, and somewhere secure to keep the computer. Ideally we want a campsite or small cabin with access to common facilities such as a kitchen, fridge, and hotplate. We would also be happy with a home-stay with a family.
Could you give us a list of possible options with their phone numbers.
