Weather now in Culebra

We are coming to Culebra soon. The weather on the WEB looks very rainy. Is this true? Can we expect any changes? Is it sunny at all? Thank you for any reports!

A couple of weather hints. There is tropical storm activity in the Greater Antilles, just now, whose rain bands will periodically reach Culebra. As the system moves on it will take the rain with it. A better guide is to look at the moving radar and visable satellite screens and see for yourself.

Don't pay too much attention to the weather.com forcasts, as they are actually for Fajardo, whose weather patterns differ substantially from Culebra's.

I do not believe in more than 3 days predictions, nobody can predict nature...
even less in the tropics.

Been looking at a few weather sites. Non of them show much activity yet the forcast has been calling for rain everyday for the past three weeks.

Can anone who llives on Culebra tell me what the weather has actually been like the last few weeks? We are flying to St. Thomas on Friday and plan to sail to Culebra on Sunday.

My gut tells me not to trust the weather forcast especially long range. But interested to see if these 60% chance of showers have been materializing over the past weeks.

Thanks and hope to be there Sunday the 3rd, Weather permitting :-))
